Who we are
Mac’s Industrial Cleaning (“Mac’s,” “we,” “us”) provides commercial kitchen and facility cleaning across the Twin Cities Metro. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it.
Information you send us
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, your restaurant or business name, your email address, and your message. We use this information only to respond to your request and to discuss our services with you.
Contact form messages are delivered to our email through Resend, an email delivery service.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed, the type of device and browser used, approximate location, and how visitors found the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
Hosting
This site is hosted by Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to operate and secure the site.
Invoice payments
When you pay an invoice on this site, you enter the invoice number and the email address on the invoice. We use those to look up the invoice in Stripe and show you the amount due. Card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and bank payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or bank account number.
Stripe sends a receipt to the email on the invoice after a successful payment. A bank payment can take several business days to clear.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above so they can run the site for us, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep contact requests for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain our business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have sent us by emailing josh@macsclean.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
